The answer is an unequivocal "definitely" Without all of them ( including the title company) this could not have gone so smoothly. Something should be said in regards to all the ancillary staff that works for Air Mart. Having a person like Sav work for Air Mart shows the level of commitment Air Mart has to providing exceptional service. That night Sav stayed at our home and during that time he was professional, polite and relaxed even though we picked his brain for information on general aviation and the Cardinal in specific. Several pilot friends and family members wanted to go up with him for a quick checkout ride and Sav took it in stride. He was also the pilot that delivered our Cardinal. His working knowledge of the plane was very good and was able to answer all our questions easily, which put us at ease that we made the right decision on our new plane. Our check ride was done with a very knowledgeable young gentleman Named Sav. This speaks volumes to the integrity of the company. Again Air Mart was quick to make sure this was repaired, even though the plane had already been delivered. During the delivery flight the gas gauges were found to be (as with almost all Cessna's) faulty. Any Problem found during the prebuy was quickly remedied. he explained the entire process from deposit to delivery very well and arranged for us to meet and talk with the AP mechanic(not the same company as Air Mart) for the prebuy exam. There was no pressure by Paul Cannon, our salesman. My wife and I were about to make the biggest "toy" investment we have ever made. That initial contact and return calls were timely, very courteous,and, what really mattered, extremely reassuring. I will definitely contact AirMart when I’m ready to upgrade!"įrom the time the ad for the cardinal was published to the time we had a deposit down on it was about three hours, so our communications in that time came fast and furious.
